About Olympic Lifting

Olympic Lifting at CrossFit Shearwater focuses on developing sound technique, strength, and confidence in the snatch and the clean and jerk. Sessions are fully coached and structured to support athletes at every level, from those learning the fundamentals to those refining advanced lifts.
