CrossFit

CrossFit Training at CrossFit Shearwater is built around structured, coach-led sessions that develop strength, fitness, and confidence. HYROX Training is a core part of what we do at CrossFit Shearwater and is designed for athletes who want to build serious endurance, strength, and resilience. Sessions reflect the demands of HYROX events, combining running, functional movements, and conditioning in a structured and purposeful way. Led by coaches with years of HYROX competition experience, this program supports both athletes preparing for events and those who enjoy high-intensity, performance-driven training.

Olympic Lifting

Olympic Lifting focuses on developing technique, strength, and confidence in the snatch and clean and jerk.
